I am currently in my third year conducting a PHD in peatland biogeochemistry and geoengineering, partnered with Laval University and the Premier Tech company in Quebec, Canada. 

I completed my Undergraduate and Masters degrees in Zoology at ¶º±ÆÖ±²¥, both centered around Wetland Science. 

Between my Masters and PHD I spent a year working in animal rehabilitation. I have also volunteered as a research assisstant with Operation Wallacea for a month in Mexico, conducting both terrestrial and marine ecological surveys. 

I am an active member of the Early Careers Committe for the British Society of Soil Science and look forward to further adventures in the restoration and protection of peatland habitats!
